Zoo licence: £1141.70 + vet fee. Licences last for 6 years.
Will tacit consent apply?
Once your application is received the Council will consider if
the application is suitable for a dispensation under the
legislation if its size and nature suggest that it may be
eligible.
If dispensation is not available then an inspection of the premises
will be undertaken by the Council and one or more Secretary of
State nominated inspector(s).
Tacit Consent does not apply due to Public Safety and Animal
Welfare issues.
