Tourism attractions in double-click time
Visitors to West Lancashire can discover the array of wonderful
attractions it has to offer at the touch of a button - by viewing
the Tourism webpage.
If you’re looking for things to do, the Council’s West
Lancashire Visitor
Guide is a great way to find out what’s on offer around the
district.
From its historic market town and ancient buildings to the
unspoilt beautiful countryside, traditional villages with Viking
legends and upmarket restaurants, West Lancashire has a striking
contrast of places to suit all tastes.
In double click time on the Council’s website, you can find out
all about the popular attractions featured in the brochure. These
include Lancashire Wildlife Trust’s Mere Sands Wood Nature Reserve,
Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Martin Mere, Farmer Ted’s Farm Park,
West Lancashire Light Railway, Windmill Animal Farm Park,
Scarisbrick Hall, the National Trust’s Rufford Old Hall, Beacon
Country Park, Chapel Gallery and much more.
So finding out about places to visit, where to stay, dining out,
shopping, markets, sports and leisure and about various events
couldn’t be easier because it’s all listed in the guide, which can
be downloaded from the Tourism webpage.
