Community Centres & Civic Hall - Service
Standards
The Council offers a range of outlets and opportunities for
involvement in arts and culture activity within the District, in
accordance with the Councils Cultural Strategy, which assists the
council to meet its corporate priorities concerning the provision
for leisure and culture, and with regard to employment and
regeneration. This information explains what facilities are
provided and signposts you to facilities run by community
organisations. It also outlines what activities take place at our
facilities, the standard of service and contact details. Please
note that West Lancashire District Council is not responsible for
running local libraries - this is the responsibility of Lancashire
County Council. Please see our other leaflets on 'the Chapel
Gallery' and 'Culture and Arts Services'.
