Corporate Performance Plan
The Corporate Performance Plan is the main performance
management document for the Council. It brings together information
that enables the Council to monitor its progress in relation to key
actions identified to achieve its Corporate Priorities.
To access the latest version, you can download it here, or alternatively
request the plan in CD format.
Each year, the Council has a statutory duty to publish our progress
against a suite of Best Value Performance Indicators. We also
report our performance against a suite of indicators that we
consider to be particularly important to West Lancashire.
To view performance data in 2007/2008, you can download it
here.
The Council uses this information to see how well it is doing, the
progress that has been made towards achieving the Corporate
Priorities and to decide what needs to be done in the future to
make sure that these aims are met. The Council is also mindful of
the role that it can play in achieving the West Lancashire Local
Strategic Partnership's aims and objectives that are contained in
the Sustainable Community Strategy. There are also a number of
other factors that influence the Council's work programme including
national legislation and policy initiatives.
If you have any queries, require further information, or would like
