What's this all about?
The Housing and Property
Maintenance Service Division knows that all of its customers are
unique and therefore have individual needs.
Some tenants may have
different needs that make it more difficult for them to live in
their home, get in contact with us, or read letters that we
send.
The Council wants to
make sure that the services we provide are meeting the needs of its
tenants and other family members living with our tenants.
What will this entail?
To help us achieve this, the
Council is in the process of circulating a short questionnaire to
all Council homes in the borough. We need to gain a greater
understanding of things such as tenants' ages and disabilities.
What will the information be used
for?
Only by the Council to help
target and improve services for tenants.
Will the information be held
securely?
Yes, to prevent unauthorised
access or disclosure, we will put in place suitable procedures to
safeguard and secure the information we collect.
