This is our second Annual Report to tenants.
In this report we set out what we have been doing in the past year
and how we intend to improve on that next year. This report also
sets out commitments to tenants about our work.
During the last year we have been challenged
to deliver excellent services and widen our involvement with
tenants. We have responded to that challenge by placing tenants at
the very heart of our work as a landlord.
The report has been developed as a partnership
between tenants and housing staff, which took on board the comments
received from tenants about our first Annual Report in 2010.
Tenants took the view that it offered better
value for money to send out to all tenants an executive summary of
the report instead of the full document. However, if you would like
a copy of the full report it can be downloaded or you can contact
the Tenant Involvement Team who will send you a copy in the
post.

have given their time and assistance to produce this report.
