Caretaking and gardening is provided by the Environmental Works
team.
The Caretaking team are
responsible for cleaning the communal areas of council flats and
undertake tasks such as minor repairs and graffiti removal from
council properties. They also respond to emergency health and
safely issues where appropriate.
The Gardening
team provide a limited gardening service for disabled and
elderly council tenants who do not have any immediate family to
assist them. They also assist with garden clearances for new
tenants, in addition to providing cover for the caretaking team
when required.
