The Tenant Involvement
structure gives tenants the opportunity to be involved in a
number of different tenant groups and gives tenants a greater level
of involvement, empowerment and the ability to scrutinise the
services they receive.

Other ways to get involved
There are a number of other ways tenants can
be involved:
- Tenant Inspectors: help assess the
services offered to tenants such as voids or
repairs
- Service Inspectors: become a 'mystery
shopper' of our services
- Armchair Army: get involved from the
comfort of your own home by completing questionnaires and sending
in your views
If you would like to become an inspector or part of our armchair
army, please get in touch using the contact details at the
bottom of the page.
