Home Care Link provides 24 hour help to council residents, and a
monitoring service to over 1,000 private properties, private sector
companies and other public sector organisations.
Retirement Housing Schemes
Through Home Care Link we manage our
retirement schemes with Scheme Managers. These schemes provide
sheltered accommodation and specialist services to older people.
All the sheltered properties are linked to the control centre 24
hours, 365 days a year.
The control centre staff can respond to
emergency situations when the Scheme Manager is off site. The
Scheme Manager contacts all the residents on a twice daily
basis.
