The Council carries out regular maintenance
programmes such as heating servicing, pre-painting repair and
painting, and Capital Investment Programmes to the Council's
housing stock.
The Programmed Works Team
The Programmed Works section are carries out
the following tasks:
- survey work
- contract document production
- inviting quotes and tenders
- contract administration
- contract supervision
- dealing with tenant and contractor queries
