Tenant and Resident participation is about you having a say on
how your housing and property maintenance services are run.
It means that you are able to influence the decisions that have
an affect on you, your home, your community and the
environment.
We feel the best way to deliver a first rate service, is to
talk to and listen to our customers. It is our aim to provide
an excellent service and to continuously improve by keeping
our tenants involved every step of the way.
Why get involved?
People get involved for many reasons, these vary from:
- Tackling community issues such as vandalism, tidying up the
area or identifying a lack of facilities for children, young people
or the elderly
- Wanting to have a say about the way we deliver your housing
service and improvements and maintenance in your home
- A chance to meet neighbours and make new friends
Whatever reason you have for getting involved, you can make a
real difference.
How to get involved
The Tenant Participation leaflet gives you
more information on how you can get involved - from completing
a survey, reading and commenting on our documents o
