Additional information

  • 36 hour standard working week
  • Annual increments, where applicable, are paid on 1 April each year.
  • The Council has a no smoking policy throughout its premises
  • All new Council employees serve a six month probationary period
  • All appointments are subject to a satisfactory medical assessment; two references satisfactory to us; and proof of eligibility to work in the UK For certain posts, you may also be required to seek an Enhanced Disclosure through the Criminal Records Bureau
