The Council will consider all comments people make during the
Preferred
Options consultation, and will prepare a finalised Local
Plan. This refined Local Plan document will be made available
for formal representations as a Publication version of the Local
Plan over the summer of 2012. The Publication version is
essentially a Final Draft version of the Local Plan.
For six weeks, people will have the chance to submit comments on
this document. The Publication Local Plan, along with any formal
representations received during the consultation period, will then
be submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local
Government in October 2012 for an Examination in Public
(EiP).
